Chy Barnett

Standing on its own in the ancient and beautiful Penwith landscape, Chy Barnett has sea views from all its main rooms. Inside the house, built in 1885, the original wood floors and wood panelling have been kept, together with the pretty tiled fireplaces. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable with three double occupancy bedrooms and one single, dining room with multi fuel stove, sitting room, large kitchen and conservatory which provides breathtaking views of gorgeous sunsets. Oil central heating is included in the rent. The garden is mostly hydrangea and membretia, but there is plenty of grass on which to set out the garden chairs and where children can play. About 300 yards along the track and a scramble over fairly low rocks brings you to a lovely sandy cove with good swimming at low tide.

Long Barn

Cottages - Our four properties are set in a quiet relaxing, unspoilt Norfolk village two miles inland from Sheringham and the coast and four miles from Holt. A range of accommodation is provided from a former farm workers cottage, to a newly converted single storey former stables., to a new luxury barn conversion. Two of the properties have no steps and are entirely on the ground floor There are two good local pubs, many good restaurants and a village shop nearby. Close by are the National Trust properties of Felbrigg, Sheringham Park and Blickling Hall. There is a covered 6 lane bowling rink, together with indoor heated swimming pool and gym. Excellent for walking with four miles of permissive footpaths which commence almost from the door step. The cottages are fully equipped and range from 2 star to 4 star reflecting the level of accommodation. There is space for a caravan with electric hook up.

The Den

The Den is a delightful new cottage on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. Comfortable and well furnished, it has a private enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and a garage and parking space. Diss is an attractive small market town built around the large mere; Gaze's hold antique auctions every Friday, which is also market day. Banham Zoo is nearby, as are several ancient villages and small market towns. Norwich and Bury St Edmunds are about a half-hour's drive, and the broads and coastal towns about an hour. The Paddock Flat

6 Cottages - The Glynhir Estate is set in the beautiful rural Carmarthenshire countryside, in the foot hills of The Black Mountains. Glynhir offers the visitor the tranquility that would be expected from the 18th Century Huguenot Estate with its elegant Mansion House, walled garden, parkland, woodland and spectacular 30ft waterfall. The Cottage

Our Auvergnat stone cottage is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday and an ideal retreat for couples. Nestling high in the hills of the Haut Livradois with wonderful views across to the Monts de Forez, the cottage has been carefully restored to offer modern comfort without losing its original features. Clean and comfortable and strictly for non-smokers the cottage has everything you need for a stress free holiday. You can explore this little known region of unspoilt countryside on foot, by bike or by car. Whatever the season there is always something to see or do. Visit the medieval market towns, castles, volcanoes and lakes. Try a variety of walks from your front door or just sit and unwind, sampling local wines and cheeses and enjoying the peaceful surroundings with its birds, butterflies, forests and flower filled meadows. This is our little corner of heaven, far from the madding crowd and we look forward to sharing it with you. We have good shopping facilities in Ambert 8 km away where there is also a swimming pool and lake. There is canoeing on the Allier within an hour. Mountain bike tracks, marked walks, museums and local markets are all close by. There are numerous concerts held in the summer months and a tourist train in Ambert in July and August. These pretty thatched cottages come fully equipped for a holiday. The living area has a double sofabed. The well equipped kitchen area has two electric hotplates mini oven and fridge. Outside are large communal gardens as well as parking. The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower. Electric heaters are fixed to the wall in each room. 33-34 square metres.
