A beautiful coastline (National Trust) is within 1.5 miles and local walks include Golden Cap and the undercliffs at Lyme Regis, famous for their fossils. Other places of interest are; Dorchester (County town), Weymouth (great sandy beach), Abbotsbury Swannery, Chesil Beach and many others.

4 Cottages - Located on a 40 acre farm near Launceston, Langdon Farm Cottages offer an idyllic opportunity to relax in the inherent serenity of the Cornish countryside. All of the cottages are equipped with everything guests would need during self-catering breaks. There are many places of interest and leisure activities available within the immediate area, including golf, fresh water fishing and excellent sea and wind surfing facilities. Slightly further afield is the historic town of Launceston, Tintagel Castle and The Eden Project, which is located just 25 minutes drive away. There are many fine dining establishments within close proximity to the Cottages and previous guests have commented on how much fun they have had exploring the area and sampling the many different culinary styles which are available. £25 deposit taken before holiday contact owner for details. An additional non-refundable deposit of £50 is payable to the owner within one week of booking any of the following properties.

Lower Cot Mill is a three bedroomed 17th Century corn mill with many original features. It has beamed ceilings, wooden floors, wrought-iron spiral staircase, a wood burning stove and also has a large conservatory. The property is set in a small, rural hamlet at the end of a single track no through road in a wooded valley. It has secluded, enclosed gardens on several levels with the original leats, exotic plants and areas for al fresco dining and barbeques. At the bottom of the garden is a stream with an area ideal for solitude and contemplation. The mill also has a purpose built artists studio available for use. Lower Cot Mill is a fifteen minute walk from Porth Nanven Cove and the spectacular Atlantic coast.

Stratford-upon-Avon is a market town in south Warwickshire to the north of the Cotswolds, 22 miles from Birmingham and 8 miles from Warwick. Coventry airport is 16 miles away and Birmingham airport 20.
