This 18th Century Customs Officers cottage, just 50 yds from the beach in the small village of Normans Bay, has uninterrupted sea views and off road parking. The shingle beach with sand at low water is ideal for swimming and fishing. S.S.S.I sites on the Pevensey marshes and South Downs are ideal for walking and bird watching. 15 minutes walk access the fields the 15th Century Star Inn serves good food and beer. Normans Bay at the heart of 1066 country with historic towns of Hastings, Battle, Rye and Pevensey Castle are within easy reach. Sorry no children under 5.

There is also a green and childrens play area nearby. Pevensey village has three good quality public houses, a tea room and a local shop.
