The rent includes bed linen and electricity (night storage and portable heaters, hot water by immersion heater). All around is beautiful countryside, with many footpaths. Historic places of interest, country houses, gardens, wildlife parks, nature reserves - interest for all the family - abound, and Ashford International Station, Channel Tunnel and ferries from Dover and Folkstone make for easy access across the Channel.
