Brentvale is situated on the peaceful rural Berridon estate about a mile from the village of Bradworthy. The village has two shops, a church and a pub serving food. Berridon is about eight miles from Clovelly on the North Devon coast. To the West are the Cornish beaches of Sandymouth and Widemouth with cliff top walks up to and around Hartland point. Inland there are a number of attractions to visit locally including RHS Rosemoor. The accommodation is conveniently all on one level with a large sitting/dining room and separate kitchen. Torridge has a downstairs bedroom which is suitable for those with walking difficulties or those who use a wheelchair. It has an en-suite shower/wet room and a door out onto the south-facing patio. The lounge also has a ramp from the patio doors to the patio. The second bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. Good food and arts centre (brochure available) within walking distance.
