Brentvale is situated on the peaceful rural Berridon estate about a mile from the village of Bradworthy. The village has two shops, a church and a pub serving food. Berridon is about eight miles from Clovelly on the North Devon coast. To the West are the Cornish beaches of Sandymouth and Widemouth with cliff top walks up to and around Hartland point. Inland there are a number of attractions to visit locally including RHS Rosemoor. The accommodation is conveniently all on one level with a large sitting/dining room and separate kitchen. There is a large south facing balcony.

It is very open plan, light and airy with a small south facing patio to sit and relax or just enjoy the view. Torridge has a downstairs bedroom which is suitable for those with walking difficulties or those who use a wheelchair. It has an en-suite shower/wet room and a door out onto the south-facing patio. The lounge also has a ramp from the patio doors to the patio. The second bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. Good food and arts centre (brochure available) within walking distance. Ideal for exploring the North Devon coast, Exmoor and Dartmoor, and ancient borough of Barnstaple Nearby are also excellent leisure facilities including Golf, Quad bikes, Paintball and Swimming and coarse and sea fishing. The Cottage is situated at the quay end of picturesque and charming Irsha Street and within easy reach of the very popular public houses, The Royal George and Beaver Inn. A few steep steps lead to a small garden acts as a sun trap ideal for sun bathing, balmy evenings and barbeques. Rainbow's End is a converted Fisherman's Cottage with parts dating back over 400 Years, gradually changing from fisherman's cottage to shops, to a lovely holiday cottage.
