Cobble Cottage is situated in the beautiful village of Dent, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It is a charming semi-detached cottage built around 1800 in the very centre of the village.
Dent's tearooms and pubs offer quite a choice for eating out. There are several shops in Dent plus a bus service to and from Sedbergh, Oxenholme Station and Kendal.
Dent Railway station is about 4 miles from Dent Village and is situated on the famous Settle to Carlisle Railway. The Lake District and the Yorkshire Moors are only a short drive away.

2 Cottages, - Elm Hill Holiday Cottages are two adjoining stone-built cottages situated on the Main Street in the unspoilt village of Askrigg which have been recently refurbished to a high standard to provide warm and comfortable accommodation. The Cottages share a private off road parking area and a patio garden.
Askrigg is <b>an attractive and friendly village in upper Wensleydale</b> with a village shop, Post Office, tearoom, 2 pubs, a restaurant and a renowned home cooked meals take away.
For the walker <b>Askrigg is the base for many excellent walks throughout the Dales</b> many of which can be linked to the regular bus service to provide longer routes.
Handy for visiting the Lake District, Hadrians's Wall, the Yorkshire Moor, York and Lightwater Valley Theme Park.

Wilsey is located close to the hamlet of Gawthrop, just above the village of Dent in the picturesque valley of Dentdale. This makes it an ideal location for those wishing to explore not only the local Dales but also puts Wilsey within easy reach of the nearby Lake District.
The local rivers abound with Salmon and Trout thereby presenting anglers with plenty of opportunity. There is an array of golf courses nearby, including Sedbergh, Casterton and Kirkby Lonsdale. The nearby village of Dent with its cobbled streets is home to a fine Norman church and has strong connections with the traditional Dales hand knitting industry.
In addition to the usual cafes and convenience stores Dent is also home to two Public Houses, both of which welcome families and serve traditional ales and food. A granite fountain on the cobbled main street commemorates local geologist Adam Sedgewick, who discovered the nearby Dent Fault, which separates the limestone Dales with the shales of the Lake District.

Indeed this region invites much exploration, and it is fair to say that one visit will never be enough to see all that there is to see here - from waterfalls thundering down giant gorges to ancient settlements and castle ruins, which add much character to the almost unspoilt landscape.

Bellegreen overlooks the green at Reeth, one of Swaledale's most attractive villages, at the junction of Swaledale and Argengarthdale and is an ideal base for walking or touring.
Bellegreen is a stone-built three storey house. Originally part of the village workhouse, it dates from about 1800 and has recently been completely refurbished and refurnished.
Reeth is located aprroximately 6 miles from Leyburn and 12 miles from Richmond and is a typical Dales village dominated by a large green and overlooked by Fremington Edge. The village has three pubs, all of which serve food, and a number of shops and restaurants. Nearby Grinton and Langthwaite are smaller villages with further facilities.
