Lavender Cottage

The cottage is in a sleepy village overlooking water meadows in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty at the heart of the Wylye Valley. Built before 1880, the semi-detached cottage has a large open fireplace and exposed beams with a secure rear garden, facing open fields, perfect for children and pets. Great walks from the front door alongside the river Wylye or over Salisbury Plain to appreciate Wiltshire's rolling beauty and huge skies. Cycle along the lanes to the many good local pubs. At the same time, the cottage is within easy reach of Longleat, Stonehenge, Stourhead House, Wilton House, Avebury, Salisbury and Bath. Studland Bay and Poole are just over an hour away.

Walnut Lodge is a self-contained timber cabin with private drive, situated on the edge of Sauernatre forest, overlooking garden and open farmland. Direct access onto footpaths and bridle paths makes this an ideal base for walkers, cyclists and horse riders. Browns Farm is a working beef/ Arable farm where wild Deer and an abundance of wild birds are frequent visitors to garden. Centrally located for visiting London, Oxford, Bath and Windsor. Come and explore the Crop Arches, Avebury, Stonehenge, The Ridgeway, Cotswolds and New Forest, all within 1 hours drive. £50 damage/cleanliness cheque when the balance is paid, which we return un - cashed when a satisfactory check has been made of the property.

Old Manor Cottage

Set in the beautiful Vale of Pewsey, this delightful, detached, thatched cottage is situated in the grounds of and adjacent to the Old Manor House, a Grade II listed building dating back to the 17th Century. A good area for walking and cycling, golf, trout fishing and horse riding are also available locally. The cottage is ideally situated to visit nearby Marlborough, Avebury, Kennet and Avon Canal, Salisbury Plain and Savernake Forest. Also Lacock, Bowood House, Longleat House and Safari Park, Bath and Stonehenge are only an hour's drive away. Pewsey (3 miles) has a leisure centre, shops, petrol station, pubs, restaurants and mainline train station to Paddington.

The Lodge

The lodge is set within large grounds overlooking countryside with swimming pool facilities all year round and now in conjunction with the South Marston Hotel and leisure club families will never get bored, Wi-Fi, Log burner, 3 TV's, Ensuite and separate wet rooms in this beautifully furnished lodge sleeping up to six in two bedrooms. Cotswolds on the doorstep & Bath Roman city, best rapids at Oasis for miles, Longleat safari park, Roves farm 2 miles, Cotswold wildlife park 20 minutes drive, Avebury, Stonehenge, Beaches, Bournemouth 1.5 hours, Weston-super- Mare one hour 45 minutes. Great pubs and restaurants close by. Patio, BBQ and Wrag Barn Golf Course 2 miles. The lodge is available from May 27th 2010.
