Mount Earl
Mount Earl offers a high degree of privacy and seclusion. A quarter of a mile from the nearest public lane, set above the beautiful Downas Valley within 32 acres of private heath and woodland, where nature lovers can enjoy the unusual flora and fauna. Recently the woodland has revealed the ruins of an ancient mill discovered close to the enchanting Downas stream.
The cottage is situated 1½ miles from Coverack and only a 20 minute rugged walk to the beautiful Downas Cove where seals and basking sharks have been spotted. The South West Coast Path is close by incorporating the breathtaking vantage point of Black Head and far reaching views towards England's most southerly point.
There are many things to do in the area within a short drive. Beaches at Coverack, Downas Cove, Kennack Sands, Porthallow and Godreavy Cove. Attractions at Flambards Theme Park, Roskily Dairy Farm, Gweek Seal Sanctuary, Goonhily Satellite Observatory visitors centre, Lizard Point. Tropical Gardens at Glendurgan and Trebah and the picturesque Helford River Land's End and the Minnack Open Air Theatre are both about 30 miles. Eden Project approx. 40 miles.

Little Cobwebs
Little Cobwebs is situated in the North Cornish hamlet of Marshgate, which is within one of Cornwall's 'Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty'.
