Mount Earl

Mount Earl offers a high degree of privacy and seclusion. A quarter of a mile from the nearest public lane, set above the beautiful Downas Valley within 32 acres of private heath and woodland, where nature lovers can enjoy the unusual flora and fauna. Recently the woodland has revealed the ruins of an ancient mill discovered close to the enchanting Downas stream. The cottage is situated 1½ miles from Coverack and only a 20 minute rugged walk to the beautiful Downas Cove where seals and basking sharks have been spotted.
